How to Use:

For cold therapy: Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours before use or submerge in ice water until the desired temperature is achieved.
For heat therapy: Microwave for 10-20 seconds depending on the microwave (wattage table on product instructions), checking the temperature before applying.
Apply to the affected area for up to 20 minutes, as needed.
