Part-Time - Retail Co-Ordinator - Midvale, WA
We’re currently looking for a part-time, casual team member to support our Midvale store.
This role is primarily focused on in-store support, including customer service, order packing, and general day-to-day operations.
Hours:
- Approximately 5–15 hours per week
- Wednesday availability required
- Additional hours across 1–2 flexible days
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting and assisting customers in-store
- Responding to customer queries
- Packing online orders and products
- Cleaning and upkeep of hire equipment
- Opening and closing the store
- General admin duties
- Cash handling
About you:
- Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy
- Able to work independently
- Previous experience in retail, admin, or customer service (preferred)
- An interest in pregnancy, birth, or postpartum is a bonus

Part-Time - Retail & Social Media Assistant - Midvale, WA
This is a hybrid role combining in-store work with content creation and social media support.
It’s ideal for someone creative who enjoys filming, editing, and keeping up with trends, while also being happy to work in a hands-on retail environment.
Hours
- Approximately 5–15 hours per week
- Wednesday in-store shift required
- Additional flexible hours for content and admin
What you’ll be doing
In-store (Wednesday):
- Greeting and assisting customers
- Packing orders and products
- Cleaning and upkeep of hire equipment
- Opening/closing the store
- Customer support and admin
Content & creative (flexible days):
- Filming and editing short-form video content (TikTok, Reels)
- Assisting with social media ideas and trends
- Capturing behind-the-scenes content
- Supporting general admin where needed
About you
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work independently
- Comfortable with social media and content creation
- Confident filming or working behind the camera
- Previous experience in retail, admin, or content creation (preferred)
