LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

Local pickup is available at our Midland store which is located at 9/172 Great Eastern Highway, Midland WA 6056. Orders placed for local pickup will generally be ready within 24 hours if we're open, except in the circumstance of pre-ordered items or TENS machines that are booked for a future date. If a TENS machine is booked outside of our office hours this may affect your pickup time. Our opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday 9:30am - 2pm and are subject to change.

Pickup instructions will be sent when the order is ready for pickup.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Standard Parcel Post:

Shipped/dispatched within 1-2 business days of order.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and may be affected by delays with their service. With the ever-changing circumstances, third party delivery times cannot guaranteed. Estimated times depend on where the order is being sent to, your order is sent from Perth, Western Australia and you can view how long the estimated delivery period is to your state below:

The customer will be provided with a tracking code and can use this code to contact Australia Post should they have questions about an already shipped item.

Express Post:

Shipped/dispatched within 1-2 business days of order. Or for TENS hires where it is ordered in advance this will be shipped on or before the date the TENS hire starts.

There is a 1-week shipping buffer loaded into our TENS hires, so whilst your TENS machine is sent on the date you select when ordering, you'll still have access to the machine for the full duration that you select.

Toll Priority:

This overnight service has a turn around time of 1-2 business days from when your order is sent, whilst there can be some errors that may cause a delay on the rare occasion we do normally see the order delivered within 48 hours from pickup.  Please note this service unfortunately doesn't deliver to PO Boxes.
