Our TENS machines can be cancelled for a full refund at any point up until your TENS machine is sent.
Once your order has been sent, unfortunately, it can't be cancelled because it will have left our warehouse, and your hire service will have commenced.
We recommend ordering a money-back guarantee with your hire, which will cover you if your machine is sent before finding out you cannot use it.
